Prathyusha is an Architect and an Urban Planner by education with more than 14 years of experience in the diverse fields of real estate, architecture, urban planning and academics.
Joining Cushman & Wakefield Core in 2015, Prathyusha established the Strategic Consulting team and has been leading the vertical ever since. She is adept at advising stakeholders across the real estate development life cycle for all asset classes. In addition, she focuses on market assessments, highest & best-use studies, competition analysis, project benchmarking, design recommendations, rental & sales price positioning, supply/demand analysis and portfolio optimisation instructions. Key residential and hospitality advisory clients include multiple branded residences by global luxury brands, prominent regional developers and government entities. Major commercial clients include free zones, office developers, government entities, family offices and global corporate occupiers.
Her other focus areas include developing and delivering forward-thinking public-domain research. This includes quarterly market updates, flagship yearly reports and topical white papers, focusing on core and alternate asset class performance across the UAE’s real estate market. To date, she has been the first author of nearly 50 reports and has been instrumental in positioning Cushman & Wakefield Core as a thought leader in the UAE real estate market.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield Core, Prathyusha worked at JLL India as a transaction manager, advising major multinational clients on transaction management, location advisory, research and market analysis. She has also worked with Dar Al Handasah and CDM Smith as an architect-planner for key projects across the Middle East and India.
She amalgamates her distinct experience to deliver strategic insights to the team and clients at Cushman & Wakefield Core.
